Custom units take 1-2 weeks to be completed. You will receive an email with your estimated completion date within a week of purchase. You will receive an email with your tracking information after your order has been shipped.

Ready to purchase units are shipped out within 1-2 days of purchase. You will receive an email with your tracking information after your order has been shipped.

 

 

 

How should I wear my hair under the wig?

To ensure the most flat and natural unit application, your hair should be cornrowed. For lace closure units, part your hair where you would like the part on the closure to lay and down from there. For frontal units, small straight back cornrows with the ends sewn up and flat.

 

 

 

How long do the units last?

With proper care, our lace closure units can last 1+ years  and our frontal units can last 8+ months. Proper care entails minimum heat use, regular wash/conditioning, no rough handling, and minimum sleeping in the unit.

Do the units come with a customized hairline?

All of the closure and frontal units include a fully customized hairline. Premade units do not come customized, but by adding the customization option your unit will receive the full look you are going for. (Color is an additiona charge)

 

 

 

Can I sew the wig down?

All of our wigs can be easily sewn down.
